Energizing Pea Protein Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop plain pea protein powder (about 20g protein) or one scoop Multi Collagen Protein Mix

  • 1 scoop (6 Star Creatine x 3)

  • 1 banana (frozen for creamier texture)

  • 1 cup fresh spinach (for green protein drink)

  • 1/2 green apple

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1 Tblesp coconut oil

  • 2 Tblesp soft tofu

  • 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger (optional)

  • 2 Tblesp peanut butter (optional)

  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  1. 1. Add liquid ingredients (almond and coconut milk) to the blender first.

  2. 2. Add pea protein powder and the remaining ingredients.

  3. 3. Blend on high speed for 60-90 seconds until smooth and creamy.

  4. 4. Add more liquid or ice to achieve consistency.
